These Terms of Use govern the use of the SnagReport Pro application.
By using SnagReport Pro, the user accepts these Terms of Use. The app is used to create, edit, and export inspection/snagging reports (e.g. from construction sites) as PDF documents, including photos and notes for individual rooms.
The app operates primarily locally on the user's device. Data entered by the user (report content, photos, notes, company and person names from the directory, and a company logo) is automatically saved locally, including for draft recovery. The user may separately save a named JSON draft or PDF report in the Documents folder and decides whether to share the file further.
The user is solely responsible for the content and factual accuracy of reports, compliance of generated documents with applicable legal or formal requirements, and keeping backups. Autosave and recovery copies are not a substitute for a backup; the app does not guarantee the persistence of data stored locally on the device (e.g. in case of device loss, damage, replacement, app uninstallation, or clearing app data).
The app is provided "as is", without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for: data loss caused by device failure, operating system issues, or app uninstallation, decisions made based on the content of generated reports, indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
The app may display ads through Google AdMob. Rules regarding advertising and user consent are described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version is always available at the public address associated with the app.
